I'm looking to move into B2B software sales, where I can apply lead follow-up, discovery calls, outbound outreach, demo booking, AI-assisted research, and customer communication in a remote role.

I've run customer-facing marketing, vendor communication, scheduling, and performance reporting for KER Holdings Limited's multi-location restaurant, bakery, and franchise operation.

I used Claude, Claude Cowork, GPT, and Excel daily to draft communications, research suppliers, build reports, prepare training content, and present weekly food-cost and sales findings to ownership.

At Pizza Delight Canada, I handled customer inquiries and complaints, recovered orders under pressure, upsold, and kept teams organized through peak service windows. I've also supported sales and marketing through account follow-up, promotions, and market feedback at Apon Good Food.
