At Humm Group, I run daily operations for a fintech merchant onboarding and accreditation department. I’ve onboarded and accredited 1,300+ merchants with a 1-business-day turnaround, and built Salesforce pricing templates to keep account configuration consistent.
I lead five direct reports and coordinate scheduling for two additional agents. I designed and maintain the team’s SOPs, checklists, and process guides, and developed Excel scorecards and a manager dashboard to support performance management.
At UEAT Technologies, I led a team of 10 running onboarding and operations for a restaurant SaaS platform across Canada. I oversaw customer implementation and wrote training materials and SOPs to standardize onboarding. I’m also an active user of Claude and ChatGPT for documentation and analysis.
