Adriana Conforti

I’m a healthcare management professional with internship experience in hospital and skilled nursing/transitional care settings, where I helped support patients, staff, and executive operations. I’m motivated by patient-centered service and the day-to-day work of healthcare operations and management.

In my Healthcare Administration internship at Southern Ocean Medical Center, I supported executive leadership with file management and meeting preparation, and I assisted accounting staff with budget review processes and financial documentation. I also maintained inventory and executed supply orders for both medical and administrative needs, while observing budget planning and staffing request meetings.

At Allied Health Services as an Administrative Intern, I assisted with patient admissions, discharges, and care coordination. I maintained patient records and documentation using PointClickCare and Citrix, and I participated in interdisciplinary care meetings focused on patient progress, medication management, and census reporting.

I also strengthen my analytical capabilities through coursework and projects where I conducted data research with Excel and global datasets to identify trends, collaborate on business case studies, and present solutions. Alongside my professional experience, I’ve built leadership and communication skills through roles including NCAA Division III women’s volleyball, SAAC mentor work, and tutoring in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, and Finance.
