I seek a patient-centered health administration role where I can improve operations, implement quality initiatives, and grow in leadership within a collaborative, ethical healthcare team.

I am a motivated health administration graduate with hands-on experience in hospital and outpatient administration, EMR management, patient scheduling, and quality improvement initiatives. I bring strong organizational skills, HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping, and a commitment to improving healthcare operations through collaboration and ethical leadership.

My capstone work developing a Perimenopause and Menopause Awareness Program demonstrates my ability to research community health needs, design measurable objectives, and plan cost-effective, multi-channel implementation and evaluation strategies.
