I’m a Cloud Operations Engineer and Power Platform Developer with 4+ years of experience across Azure cloud operations, incident management, and Microsoft Power Platform development, with a strong focus on AI-powered solutions.
At LTIMindtree in Pune, I manage Azure major incident operations across Sev0, Sev1, and Sev2, coordinating bridge activities and driving structured stakeholder communications. I also support live-site operations and governance with incident hygiene, quality score governance, and RCA support.
I built and enhanced an AI-powered CCB Bot / Azure Incident Communicator Bot using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Kusto/ADX, Teams, and MCP-based integrations. I engineered KQL-driven outage communication, impact summaries, parent-child incident correlation, and post-mitigation governance automations to detect delayed or incorrect updates.
I develop low-code enterprise apps with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint, including the FERLI Process Compliance App and Bridge Management / Bridge Performance app. I complement this with Power BI dashboards for incident analytics and operational KPIs, and I hold AZ-900 and AI-900 certifications.
