With over 15 years of experience in human resources, I am a results-driven HR professional dedicated to enhancing employee relations and streamlining HR operations. Currently, I serve as a People Generalist at LEGOLAND Florida Resort, where I partner with the HR Business Partner team to ensure seamless execution of HR processes and strategic initiatives. My expertise includes full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with federal regulations, which I leverage to create a positive employee experience.

Throughout my career, I have successfully managed employee relations, conducted HRIS audits, and implemented process improvements that enhance team productivity. My role involves overseeing I-9 processing, managing terminations and promotions, and ensuring data integrity within our HRIS. My educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources and a BBA in Management, which complement my practical experience in the field.
