During my time at Amazon as a Team Manager, I successfully coordinated a team of 18 people in the Mexico market. I ensured effective communication, achieved 90% of the assigned goals in metrics, and established a system of supervision and personalized training for my associates to maintain quality standards for customers. I also conducted data and process analysis to produce key reports for the operation and managed schedules and relevant activities on a weekly basis.
