What I'm looking for

I’m looking for phone, chat, or email support work with a company in any country. I’m available to start immediately and can work Auckland hours that cover US morning and overnight hours, with flexible weekends.

At Moyadica Corp, I supported customers and carriers by phone, email, and chat while coordinating shipments from pickup to delivery. I managed 60 to 70 shipments per month for around 50 customers.

I resolved customer issues and kept customers informed through daily shipment follow-up. I also handled difficult situations calmly and followed up on delayed payments.

I used the DAT load board to search and match available freight, and tracked shipments and daily data in Google Sheets. I also trained new team members.

At Imperio, the clothing business I co-founded, I communicated with customers and suppliers and handled inventory control, sales, and purchases. I’m a native Spanish speaker with upper-intermediate English, currently studying at NZLC Auckland.
