What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead operations and supply-chain initiatives for sustainable agribusiness, drive systems improvements, mentor teams, and scale impact in collaborative, mission-driven organizations.

I am an award-winning sustainable agribusiness leader and organic agriculture entrepreneur with over 12 years founding and scaling Twelve’s Organic in East Java. I bring deep operational expertise in production planning, supply-chain coordination, and quality oversight.

I have managed crop planning, production scheduling, inventory forecasting, procurement, and operational financing while coordinating multiple farmer groups and vendor networks to ensure sustainable, consistent production.

I built local and international partnerships, represented the company at FAO and IFOAM Asia, and led national-scale programs in organic agriculture and youth engagement. I am experienced in training, capacity building, and cross-functional team leadership.

I seek opportunities where I can apply systems-based thinking, continuous improvement, and stakeholder collaboration to scale sustainable food systems and operational excellence.
