I’m a Strategic Business Process & Transformation Manager with over 10 years of experience driving operational excellence across Agri-Food, Mining, Tobacco, and Finance. I translate complex business needs into scalable system solutions (ERP, SFA, CRM) while aligning corporate strategy (BSC) to departmental KPIs, improving control, performance, and decision-making.
