What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a senior executive support or executive operations role where I can manage complex priorities, support leadership, coordinate international stakeholders, and contribute to efficient administrative and business operations.

I've supported senior leadership at USAID, Wood Mackenzie, Merck Sharp & Dohme, and private-sector organizations across Lebanon and the UAE. At USAID, I managed executive calendars, correspondence, travel, briefing materials, Salesforce contacts, and official Embassy events for the Mission Director.

I've coordinated complex international travel, visa documentation, expenses, vendors, reports, meetings, and confidential communications while tracking priorities across cross-functional teams. At Wood Mackenzie, I also led APAC Client Data Steward calls, trained colleagues on Salesforce processes, and maintained CRM data quality and compliance.

I bring 15+ years of executive, administrative, financial, HR, and business-operations support in international environments.
