What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can improve systems, organize data, coordinate complex programs, and build practical workflows that help cross-functional teams execute more effectively.

At Cornell University, I plan and execute 30+ annual student and alumni programs while building reusable systems for Reunion, Giving Day, staffing, transportation, and event operations.

I organize engagement data across Airtable, Salesforce, Qualtrics, Google Sheets, CampusGroups, and Eventbrite, creating workflows that improve reporting, segmentation, data quality, and repeatable execution. I also translate stakeholder needs into clear processes, communications, schedules, documentation, and deliverables.

Previously, I managed operations at Milt's Auto Center, where I built reporting tools, supported financial decisions, led digital marketing initiatives, and contributed to doubling annual gross sales.
