What I'm looking for
I am a strategic and empathetic professional actively transitioning my career into Data Analytics, with a focus on opportunities abroad and remote. I have over 15 years of experience in operational processes and implementation, project management (for example, leading and organizing training for over 500 student staff, and over 60 full-time and part-time university staff), and high-level stakeholder engagement (for example, working on University wide Committees on Data Analysis and Improvement at The University of Massachusetts-Amherst, and taking processes and digitalizing them for improved work processes and accuracy).
This career change is anchored in my belief that accurate data tells a true story and is truly the foundation for effective decision-making and process improvement. To improve on my analytical and information processing skills, I wanted to take and learn the tools to solidify my technical foundation. I recently completed the intensive Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate. I am proficient in the core analysis toolkit, including SQL for querying, R for statistical analysis, and creating dynamic visualizations using Tableau. Expanding on those skill sets through other means of learning.
My extensive background has equipped me with highly valuable skills in Complex Problem Sovling and Process Streamlining. My work consistently centered on synthesizing robust diverse information and feedback from various stakeholders to identify systemic downfalls and inefficiencies, leading to lasting operational workflow and team performance improvements. I have successfully led large-scale onboarding programs (through project management), assist in the adoption and transition of new CRM and digital tools, and managed high-performing teams, always driven by a desire to make work more effective, inclusive, and fulfilling.
I am currently based in Berlin and have completed up to B1-Niveau German, but I am willing to relocate or work remotely.
