I’m a Customer Experience Specialist with 10+ years of experience delivering client-facing support in high-pressure environments—shifting from a 4-star Buenos Aires hotel front desk to a premier tech hub corporate reception. I turn difficult interactions into loyalty by staying calm, solving problems fast, and communicating clearly in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

I’m fully remote-ready and self-managed from day one, with hands-on experience managing customer inquiries, escalations, and training end users on equipment and service usage. I’ve worked extensively with Zendesk and CRM systems, and I also support operations using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Skype, Slack, CQR PMS, and major OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Despegar).
