Through 20Four7VA, I managed reservations, payments, and customer inquiries using Mews, Cloudbeds, and OpenTable for more than four years. At 360 Apartments Renovations, I coordinated client and contractor schedules in Salesforce and owned complex escalations with proactive communication.

I also bring experience in customer-facing writing, technical support for digital financial products, process documentation, and remote collaboration. I use Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, Notion, and Jira to make customer support clear, organized, and solutions-oriented.
