I’m a multilingual professional (C1 English) with a background in high-pressure hospitality and e-commerce management. I bring a founder mindset—turning creative ideas into organized, profitable operations.

As an Operational Manager, I coordinated mainland-to-camp logistics via boat transport, managed front-desk operations with POS systems for billing and check-ins, and provided high-level bilingual customer support to international guests.
