What I'm looking for

I'm looking to use customer, portfolio, and operational analytics to build reporting solutions, improve performance, and help cross-functional teams make better business decisions.

At BURN Manufacturing, I analyse customer experience and performance data across 11 markets, turning lifecycle, repayment, campaign, call-centre, and survey data into actionable reporting and operational decisions. My standardized monitoring improved Answer Rate from approximately 40% to 75–80% and dropped-call follow-up from approximately 30–40% to 95%.

Previously at Sama, I built consolidated KPI dashboards and automated reporting workflows using BigQuery, SQL, Python, Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and Looker Studio. I translated portfolio performance, operational risks, and workforce data into management and client reporting, while supporting workforce planning associated with an approximately US$100,000 reduction in leave liability.

I enjoy partnering with operational teams, leadership, BI, data engineering, and programme stakeholders to turn business questions into clear metrics, practical insights, and implementation actions.
