At QubicaAMF, I worked on payments and cashless products for entertainment centers. When the Square integration began causing double charges and other payment failures, I asked the team to pause new features and focus on reliability; we fixed four urgent issues in six weeks, and 99.83% of transactions succeeded across 290 active centers before my handover.
Before QubicaAMF, I was the only product person at ActiveProspect, where I redesigned the LeadsBridge mapping flow and average setup time fell by about 35%. I started out designing and building websites, then moved into production code and product; I still prototype with AI coding tools, including a Multi-Attraction demo used in external demos and internal product decisions.
