I'm currently leading line and prep operations at Dagwood's Deli & Sports Bar, building, plating, and expediting a broad menu in an extremely busy restaurant. I run point across stations, grill proteins from mahi to shaved prime rib, and coach team members on execution.

Previously, I managed back-of-house operations at Betty's Waterfront, where I scheduled and trained staff, prepared scratch-made seafood-focused food, and maintained health standards while moving food quickly. At Stony Creek Ranch Resort, I created daily menus around guest counts, dietary restrictions, and special requests while executing events from 30 to 300+ guests and weddings with seven-course offerings.

I've also worked as a key manager, bartender, sauté cook, grill cook, courier, maintenance technician, and independent handyman. Through Angi Services, I've completed more than 200 jobs with a 4.4 out of 5 rating, covering drywall, carpentry, flooring, tiling, appliance installation, painting, minor electrical and plumbing work, and home repairs.
