I've managed kitchen operations at Third Culture Kitchen, where I created menu items, hired and trained staff, scheduled employees, and managed kitchen and bar inventory.

I've also delivered high-volume food service as a line cook at Crackerjacks Island Tiki & Restaurant and Vine & Olive, preparing hundreds of dishes, maintaining stocked lines, and using traditional Italian cooking techniques.

At Walmart DC 7014, I operated forklifts, inspected incoming products, organized palletized inventory, and conducted safety inspections. I bring leadership, scheduling, prioritization, conflict resolution, and attention to detail to every team.
