At General RV Center, I support more than 800 employees across multiple locations with Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support by phone, remotely, and on-site.
I troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, user accounts, and network issues; manage Active Directory accounts; deploy and image computers; and support Cisco Meraki, Mitel VoIP phones, and managed iPads.
I also build portable Network-in-a-Box environments for RV expos, configuring wired and wireless connectivity with Meraki MX firewalls, Ubiquiti switches, cellular hotspots, access points, and Cat5/6 cabling. I travel to support store openings, infrastructure upgrades, equipment replacements, and documentation across multiple states.
Before IT, I completed more than 200 residential remodeling and flooring projects on time, strengthening the project planning, customer communication, and practical problem-solving I bring to technical support. I hold an Associate of Applied Science in Cybersecurity and am fluent in English and Spanish.
