What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own endpoint security and device lifecycle management for macOS, align hardening with DISA STIG, and partner cross-functionally to solve escalations fast while improving automation and compliance.

I’m a Systems Engineer focused on endpoint security and reliable device operations. In my current role at Eleven-09 at the Dept of Veterans Affairs, I support 500+ macOS devices across VIP, developer, and executive endpoints.

I manage lifecycle and secure access using Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE (UEM), and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) to support compliance, policy enforcement, and access control. I maintain custom in-house enrollment scripts, automate onboarding and user-specific configurations, and lead patch/baseline management, OS hardening initiatives aligned with DISA STIG benchmarks, and third-party app deployments.

Before this, I built strong troubleshooting depth through Apple Global Store Support, where I served as a Tier III Help Desk Coordinator and led escalation and process troubleshooting for store systems. I also bring program and enablement experience from leadership development and earlier retail operations—helping me communicate clearly across security, mobility, and infrastructure teams while resolving complex identity, network access, and app performance issues.
