What I'm looking for

I’m looking for work where I can solve real problems, improve processes, and have the autonomy to act on what I find. I’m particularly interested in AI enablement, automation, process improvement, technical operations, and product or program roles. I value remote work, work-life balance, and teams that trust people to figure things out.

My background is a bit unconventional. I started in military electronics, moved into MRO and technical operations, and eventually ended up in technical writing and content operations at Grainger.

I've always been more interested in figuring out how things actually work than staying inside a particular job description. That has led me into process improvement, automation, and, more recently, AI. Over the past couple of years I've spent a lot of time experimenting with AI tools and then putting them to work on real problems. I've built workflows that have produced 19,000+ production-ready assets in minutes and reduced a five-day manual audit to about a day.

I'm interested in the practical side of AI: finding useful applications, improving processes, getting people to actually use the tools, and figuring out where automation makes sense and where it doesn't.

I'm looking for work where I can keep doing that, preferably somewhere that values curiosity, autonomy, and actually solving problems.
