What I'm looking for

I’m looking to transition into IT where I can apply my analytical and problem-solving strengths to IT support. I want to grow through hands-on work in networking and cybersecurity, deliver reliable remote support, and keep improving through collaboration.

I’m a Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, and I’m now seeking to transition into Information Technology. I’m ambitious and dedicated, and I enjoy putting in the extra effort when it’s required.

In my construction roles, I managed multiple projects under tight deadlines, ensured accuracy and efficiency, and communicated with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues. I analysed data, produced detailed reports to support decision-making, and delivered in high-pressure environments where strong problem-solving and project coordination mattered.

To build my IT path, I’ve been expanding my skills in basic networking, Linux fundamentals, troubleshooting & issue resolution, remote support, and ticketing systems (Spiceworks). I also deliver remote lessons where I troubleshoot basic technical issues during live sessions, manage scheduling and communication, and maintain high customer satisfaction—alongside ongoing learning in Networking and CyberSecurity.
