I'm looking to lead vendor operations, quality systems, SLA governance, and cross-functional change delivery where I can improve performance, reduce operational waste, and strengthen platform trust and compliance.

At Meta, I built lean QA measurement systems across global vendor workstreams, delivering $20M+ in annual recurring savings while setting SLA triggers, calibration standards, and remediation plans. I also led operational readiness for Meta Verified, Meta AI, and Threads, deploying end-to-end QA protocols within 24 hours of target deadlines.
