I’m a hospitality professional who’s built my career around making sure events run perfectly and guests feel fully taken care of. In every role, I prioritize preparation, clear communication, and doing the details right—because that’s what turns a good experience into a great one.

As a Banquet Capitan at Alila Napa Valley, I set up for private events, manage day-to-day operations, and lead a team of 3 to 5 employees to keep everything on track. I also focus on responsive guest service, making sure every need is handled so the event flows smoothly from start to finish.

Before that, I worked extensively in customer-facing sales and client qualification, including a Sales Associate role at Assurance Wireless where I pre-qualified clients, set up phones, and supported future sales through strong relationship building. I also gained experience with door-to-door outreach, booth setup, and turning new customers into recurring customers.

Earlier, I worked as a Pre qualifier / Loan officer (NMLS ID: 1496944 19) at Resource Pro / Goldwater Bank / Validify, where I was a top producer and supported customers with loan details, refinance options, and applications. I stayed on top of follow-ups, scheduled call backs, and trained new employees—so clients always had clarity on where things stood and what came next.
