I'm looking for a customer support or client relations role where I can resolve customer issues, manage follow-ups and onboarding, maintain organised records, and contribute reliably in a remote, digitally enabled team.

I've supported customers at Valcity Digital Services by managing enquiries, resolving service issues, coordinating schedules, and following up until required actions were completed.

I guide customers through onboarding processes, maintain accurate communication records, and handle complaints with clear, empathetic communication. I also balance customer-facing work with data entry, documentation, online research, and administrative coordination.

At Global Technopress Limited, I handled inbound calls and digital customer communication, clarified requests, documented interactions, and escalated issues to the appropriate person when needed.

I work independently in remote environments and focus on understanding the real issue behind each request. I use HubSpot CRM, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office to keep customer support organised and responsive.
