What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing operations or project role where I can bring structure to complex service environments, coordinate people and projects, build trusted relationships, and contribute hands-on to client satisfaction.

I've built my career across client relations, operations, and project management in demanding service environments, from startups to multinational companies.

At Deliciously Sorted in Ibiza, I create bespoke itineraries and coordinate luxury experiences for an international high-end clientele. I also lead childcare services end to end, acting as the primary contact for clients and nannies while developing local partnerships.

Previously at Foodles, I managed 40 clients across the French Riviera, including 12 luxury hotels, representing €1.6M in annual recurring revenue. Through continuous support and upsell initiatives, I achieved a 99% loyalty rate and 94% retention.

I've also launched and structured an online grocery startup, managed complex Sodexo tenders exceeding €1M, and led restaurant, quality, and marketing projects. I'm hands-on, reliable, adaptable, and enjoy bringing structure to complex situations while building trusted relationships.
