I’m looking for a role where I can lead executive search and talent intelligence, partner with senior stakeholders on workforce planning, and use KPI-driven, data-informed sourcing and AI-supported tools to build high-quality pipelines across LATAM.

I’m a Talent Acquisition leader specializing in market mapping, talent intelligence, and executive search across LATAM. I partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into targeted hiring strategies, with a strong focus on passive candidate engagement and data-driven decision making.

In my current role as a Talent Acquisition & Client Lead, I lead executive search and talent mapping initiatives for high volume (100+) and niche skill roles across manufacturing, energy, biotech, and technology. I define hiring strategy, advise on hiring trends and talent availability, and build pipelines for niche and leadership roles using market intelligence and direct search.

I support clients in reducing time-to-fill for critical operational and leadership vacancies by using talent analytics, sourcing intelligence, and AI-supported recruitment tools to improve pipeline quality and hiring efficiency. I’m comfortable setting and tracking recruitment optimization through KPIs to drive measurable outcomes.

Previously, I served as Regional Director (TA & client management) at Gattaca PLC, leading recruitment strategy across LATAM for multinational clients in tech, energy, and engineering. I delivered high-impact hiring projects for over 750 hard-to-fill and leadership roles and coached multi-country recruiting teams on performance management, leadership development, career path, succession planning, and on-boarding frameworks.
