What I'm looking for

I’m looking for fully remote IT Support, Technical Support, Help Desk, or Service Desk opportunities with Brazilian or international companies hiring in Brazil. I’m also open to hybrid roles in Curitiba with no more than one on-site day per week.

At Bellinati Perez, I manage and track GLPI tickets for Windows, software, access, and user incidents. I also provision user access and review Active Directory permissions.

I monitor IVR call-volume peaks in Grafana, analyze calls, and share technical feedback with the team. Previously, I provided remote and on-site L1/L2 support, configured equipment for new users, and applied BitLocker security policies.

At Escriba, I supported notary and registry offices with management software issues. I also diagnosed connectivity problems and configured routers and antennas at Bilink. I hold a degree in Systems Analysis and Development and am building my Python skills, with an interest in IT support automation.
