My role involves managing a talented team and partnering directly with the CEO and senior leadership to execute strategic hiring across multiple locations, including Poland, the UK, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. One of my key achievements includes delivering an RPO project that generated significant revenue for the company, showcasing my ability to drive results and foster strong interpersonal relationships.
