I seek a recruiting or HR role where I can manage full-cycle hiring, improve onboarding processes, leverage ATS and data-driven sourcing, and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced organization that values confidentiality and continuous learning.

I am a high-performing, strategic-thinking recruiter with hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing direct hires. I maintain confidentiality, accurate records and monitor recruitment activity across organizations.

I have used applicant tracking systems and coordinated onboarding, account setup and training for new hires while meeting performance metrics and requisition goals. I regularly design job postings, screen candidates and ensure compliance with HR processes.
