What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue delivering end-to-end talent acquisition solutions, partnering with hiring managers, building effective staffing programs, and upholding HR best practices while minimizing hiring risks.

At NTT DATA, I conduct end-to-end recruitment for North American clients, from screening and interviews through employment offers. I partner with hiring managers and HR teams to translate business needs into tailored staffing solutions.

I've also supported national job requisitions, postings, assessments, reference checks, and background checks for Co-operators through Randstad. My approach emphasizes due diligence, HR best practices, and positive candidate and stakeholder experiences.

Earlier, I managed full-cycle recruitment, client relationships, negotiation, contracting, and employer-branding activities at TECTRA GROUP and Adecco Morocco. I have experience aligning talent acquisition with business objectives and building candidate pipelines for critical roles.

Across customer experience leadership roles at AXA Morocco Services and Webhelp, I coached teams, managed performance and KPIs, and identified training needs. I work in Arabic, English, and French.
