I’m seeking remote, global roles that offer growth and a competitive income. I enjoy creating my own opportunities through side projects, entrepreneurship, and teaching English.

I’m a customer service professional with over 10 years of experience across call center operations, account management, and analyst work. I spent six years in call centers, then moved into operations analysis while working closely with customers and suppliers at companies such as DBM and SafeSoft.

Now I’m aligning my experience with virtual support roles, bringing strong communication and reliability to remote work. I’ve evaluated posts, queries, and online content for quality and relevance with Telus International in a fully independent, English-first environment, and I’ve supported insurance client portfolios through a SaaS platform where I worked directly with brokers and their clients.
