What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer service role where I can support front-desk, sales, and passenger needs, using communication and problem-solving to create a smooth experience while growing within a service-focused team.

I’m a customer-oriented professional who delivers warm, efficient service from the moment clients arrive. In reception and airport roles, I’m known for clear communication, empathy, and strong problem-solving under pressure.

At the spa, I managed online support and supported a smooth client experience by coordinating with the team of therapists and staff. I handled appointments, answered calls, organized the service calendar, and managed payments and the cash register.
