In my roles as Cashier/Service crew and Promo Cashier, I processed transactions accurately, assisted with product inquiries and promotions, and helped maintain clean, organized workspaces and presentable merchandise displays. I also bring strong communication, problem-solving, attention to details, time management, patience, and adaptability.

As an Assistant Manager, I’ve supported daily store operations and staff supervision, ensured quality customer service, handled customer concerns, and monitored inventory to coordinate with the team for smooth operations. I’m now eager to combine that operational mindset with data analytics to exceed expectations in a virtual assistant position.
