I’m a Virtual Assistant trainee committed to using strong organizational skills, work experience, and my ability to work well with people to support day-to-day operations and grow an online presence. I focus on getting tasks done accurately, on time, and with a service mindset.

In my PRO VA PH training, I built practical skills in creating content, scheduling posts, and managing various social media platforms. I gained hands-on experience to enhance online presence and keep workflows organized and consistent.

Before this, I worked as a cashier at COMEBAYAN EATERY, where I processed purchases, handled cash and manual payments, and ensured accurate, efficient transactions. I provided customer service by answering inquiries and resolving concerns to maintain a positive shopping experience.

I’m also trained in critical thinking, negotiation, and engagement-focused communication, which helps me stay calm and effective when dealing with people and changing priorities. With my background and training, I’m ready to contribute and learn fast in a supportive team.
