I’m a customer-focused professional with experience handling customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate interaction records. I communicate clearly, adapt quickly to new systems, and support structured workflows in fast-paced environments.

I’ve built coordination and reporting strength through an internship with Finsco Africa and an industrial attachment at the Ministry of Public Works, Roads & Development, including BOQs, cost estimates, drawing review, and site reporting. I’m comfortable working independently on remote tasks, scheduling calendars, managing documentation, and producing report writing and data analysis outputs. I’m now seeking a remote role in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Virtual Assistance where I can keep customers satisfied through timely, accurate assistance.
