In my current role as a Visual Merchandising Manager at Kohl’s, I develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that increase customer engagement and storewide sales—designing seasonal displays, leading signage and promotional initiatives, optimizing department layouts, and training staff on merchandising standards. Previously, at the Oklahoma Lottery Commission, I led statewide sales operations representing $300M+ in annual revenue, managed corporate accounts totaling $192M annually, directed IT and security oversight in collaboration with MUSL and vendor security teams, and ensured compliance with state and federal requirements through budget oversight, contract management, and program reporting.
