What I'm looking for

I seek a retail leadership role where I can combine visual merchandising and operations to improve sales, coach teams, and lead store/district initiatives in a collaborative, growth-minded culture.

I am an operations and visual merchandising professional with a Bachelor's degree from Kent State University and progressive retail leadership experience across apparel and furniture brands.

I have led district-level visual strategy for multiple store locations, managed biweekly floor sets and product drops, and partnered with cross-functional teams to translate brand directives into compelling in-store experiences.

As a boutique and district leader, I drove sales results through scheduling, coaching, payroll-aware visual planning, and execution of training programs; I also improved conversion and reduced fixture reset time through optimized layouts and processes.

Earlier, as Director of Operations I owned employee data, contract processes, recruitment best practices, and performance management initiatives, emphasizing DEI and operational efficiency to support growth and retention.
