I’m a results-driven retail visual merchandising leader with ten plus years of experience driving product execution, inventory flow, and team performance in high-volume environments. I’m known for improving product availability, visual clarity, and the customer journey while consistently exceeding sales and KPI goals.

In my current role as Visual Assistant Store Manager at TJ Maxx, I lead daily merchandising execution and door-to-floor strategies to support product availability and ease of shopping. I coach associates on merchandising standards and customer-focused execution, while partnering with leadership on floor sets, resets, and seasonal initiatives.

Previously, as a Visual Merchandising District Supervisor (Corporate) for Nike, I led merchandising execution across 8 stores and improved district sales from $15.7M to $17.2M through strategic floor planning and optimized product flow. I analyzed sales trends, inventory performance, and customer feedback to find opportunities for improvement, and I promoted 3 leaders into higher-level roles through structured coaching and performance management. I also served as Visual and Loss Prevention Captain, reinforcing safety, compliance, and shrink-reduction practices.

Earlier in my career, I built strong operational fundamentals as an Assistant Store Manager – Visual Merchandising at Dick’s Sporting Goods and as a Merchandising Associate at The Home Depot, handling regional floor sets, seasonal transitions, pricing changes, product rotations, and assortment updates. I’m especially proud of achieving 90.4% OSAT through store readiness and customer-focused merchandising, and I’m energized by responsibilities like store openings, remodels, and multi-location resets.
