What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise delivery, portfolio and transformation initiatives where I can build governance, align cross-functional stakeholders, remove delivery blockers and drive successful adoption in regulated environments.

At Lonza, I lead strategic business, technology and operational transformation programmes across a global R&D organisation in five countries. I've implemented Planview across approximately 80 active projects and delivered investment and capacity planning platforms across seven departments and five sites.

Previously, I led a £4M client-facing development programme at Lonza and delivered SaaS implementations for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients at CRF Health. I bring 15 years of experience managing governance, budgets, risks, stakeholders and cross-functional teams through go-live and business adoption.
