What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex transformation, operational delivery, data or technology projects, particularly in regulated environments, with scope to strengthen governance, use insight to improve decisions and deliver measurable service improvements.

At NHS England, I lead national change projects across screening programmes used by millions of people annually, delivering operational change, service improvement and programme workstreams within a complex regulated environment.

I manage scope, plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and milestones, while establishing governance and steering groups that give senior leaders clear assurance and escalation routes.

Previously at Public Health England, I delivered national reporting, data analysis and process improvement solutions, using R, Excel and MySQL to strengthen reporting quality, data governance and operational performance insight.

My earlier IT and data management work included implementing reporting software across 20 hospital trusts, automating manual processes and supporting quality assurance, compliance and information governance.
