I’m looking for a role leading digital transformation and change, managing stakeholders and risk, and driving adoption through communications, training, and measurable delivery—ideally within healthcare or public service.

I’m a results-driven Project Manager and Change & Transformation leader with experience across healthcare, education, public service, and corporate environments. I focus on strategic planning and dependable project delivery—bringing stakeholders together, managing risk, and ensuring quality through clear documentation and strong communication.

I’ve led digital initiatives end-to-end, including rollout and decommissioning of digital care record and financial systems across multiple UK sites, and transformation work tied to telephony disruption for business continuity. I also deploy AI-enabled care prediction services, support data compliance, and help organisations build capability for lasting change (including ISO 27001/HIPAA certification work); I’m recognized for creative delivery with Hallmark’s 2024 “Thinking Outside the Box” award. Alongside execution, I build adoption through training, workshops, and embedded change management frameworks that improve processes and performance.
