I've delivered complex, multi-partner NHS programmes across maternity, cancer, prevention and vaccination services for more than 40 years.
At NHS North Central London ICB, I led maternity transformation across North Central London, delivering pathway redesign, system-wide improvements and alignment with national programmes. I worked with trusts, clinicians, commissioners and service users to improve outcomes.
Previously, I led strategic maternity improvement work for East London Health Care Partnership and supported Waltham Forest CCG's National Maternity Pioneer Programme. My work included programme documentation, performance frameworks, stakeholder communications and multi-agency coordination.
