What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an SDR role to open new business through outreach.

At TP on the Microsoft Unified Support account, I manage around 50 active cases each week for multinational EMEA customers, guiding support requests through to resolution using Microsoft’s DFM support platform.

I’m one of two agents covering the mission critical line, handling high-impact situations for banks, governments, and major enterprises. I was selected for this qualification from a small group of agents.

During my EgyProperty training as a Certified Real Estate Salesman, I completed hands-on cold calling and generated prospects.

I graduated from British University in Egypt with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting & Finance and earned the FMVA® certification from Corporate Finance Institute. I’m seeking an SDR role to open new business through outreach.
