I’m an IT support technician focused on Windows environments, delivering N1/N2 diagnosis and resolution while keeping users supported with clear, empathetic communication. I actively document processes and prioritize tickets to keep incident handling consistent and traceable.
I bring hands-on experience with Active Directory, including users, groups, OUs, GPOs, permission delegation, and AD object recovery. In my Helpdesk Labs work, I resolved 12 N1/N2 tickets—covering account lockouts, password resets, onboarding, GPOs, NTFS/SMB permissions, delegation of control, and AD object recovery—while analyzing access patterns using Event Viewer.
I’m also building toward cybersecurity roles, expanding my judgment for diagnosing and securing systems I support. Through projects like the SSH Honeypot, I deployed cloud infrastructure on Azure, captured and classified unauthorized traffic, and visualized security events to strengthen threat awareness.
