I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) IT support specialist with hands-on experience resolving technical incidents in high-pressure environments. I combine clear communication with methodical troubleshooting to guide users through complex issues efficiently, while staying proactive and committed to continuous learning. I also apply ITIL best practices for incident management and SLA compliance to minimize downtime and protect service quality.

In my role supporting live audio/visual infrastructure, I handle networking and hardware deployment, diagnose real-time software and hardware failures, and act as the first point of contact for urgent user issues. I supervise core communication protocols (TCP/IP, LAN/Wi‑Fi) and support fundamental security practices to safeguard network operations. I’m currently building toward a cybersecurity career through my Cyber Defense studies and my technical projects in TypeScript, OOP, and data-structure-driven systems.
