I have over two years of customer support experience assisting customers through live chat, email, and phone. In my current role, I help customers with onboarding, account access, payments, and product-related questions while managing a high volume of inquiries. I investigate issues, document customer interactions in CRM systems, escalate complex cases when necessary, and follow up to ensure problems are resolved within service standards.

Previously, I supported guests using platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com, where I handled over 100 customer inquiries each month. I resolved booking changes, refunds, and complaints while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. I also created response templates that improved response times without compromising the quality of support, contributing to customer satisfaction ratings of 4.8–4.9.
