What I'm looking for

I’m looking to develop myself in translation or transcription jobs remotely, I wish to widen my expertise in the area while I keep studying languages and living abroad to practice and perfect my skills.

I’m currently an Activities Host, providing guest information, enforcing safety procedures and protocols, and delivering hands-on assistance with a strong focus on customer service.

Previously, I served as a Butler and in multiple concierge roles, supporting guests with personal assistance, complaints handling, amenities coordination, tour/dinner/activity reservation and scheduling, itinerary preparation, and check-in. I also handled ID and purchase verification, ensuring smooth guest experiences from arrival through ongoing activities.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a guide and coordinator, including guiding, on-board sales, group handling, and tour coordination, plus sales and customer service experience through telemarketing and reservations. With a communication sciences bachelor’s degree and multilingual communication skills, I bring calm, clear support and a service-first mindset to every shift.
